At Lanz Motors, we've been providing the areas of Keysborough, Moorabbin, Cheltenahm, Clayton, Monash and Notting Hill with top quality mechanical servicing and auto electrical repairs for over 29 years.

As an RACV Accredited Auto Care Centre, all our services are backed by the promise of the up-to-date industry knowledge and great customer service experience you've come to expect from all businesses affiliated with the RACV. We sell and fit a range of RACV-brand parts and accessories, including batteries, starter motors, and alternators, and can fit and replace these parts while you wait.

Our workshop is equipped with several bays to ensure a quick turnaround on all vehicles, and we have experience working with fleet vehicles. We understand how important your fleet vehicle is to the smooth running of your business, and offer a quick turnaround and priority repairs to help get your business back on the road sooner.

Logbook servicing

Did you know that you don't have to take your car to your dealer for a routine service? At Lanz Motors, we have the equipment and expertise to service and repair most new car makes and models. We keep our workshop up to date with diagnostics equipment to suit all new models, and use only genuine OEM and aftermarket parts, accessories and auto fluids, so we can offer a service that won't void your warranty.

Child restraint fitting

Victorian road laws require all passengers to travel in a restraint that is properly adjusted and fastened. To protect your child in a crash, their restraint must be properly fitted to their size and weight, as well as being appropriate for your vehicle. The team at Lanz Motors knows child restraints and baby seats, and are happy to recommend the right restraint for your child.

Windscreen replacements

Your vehicle's windscreen is made of laminated safety glass, a type of treated glass that typically consists of two curved sheets of glass with a plastic layer fused between them for safety. The team at Lanz Motors offers a wide range of automotive glass services, including windscreen repairs, windscreen chip fixing, window replacement and tinting, wiper replacement, and demister repairs.

Roadworthy certificates

A roadworthy inspection is a check of your vehicle to ensure that your car is safe for normal road use. Lanz Motors is a VicRoads Licensed Vehicle Tester, licensed to perform roadworthy inspections and issue roadworthy certificates for light vehicles, including passenger cars, 4WDs, commercial vehicles, light trucks and vehicles fitted with LPG.

Brake and clutch servicing

Your car's brake and clutch are essential to the smooth movement of your car, allowing you to slow the momentum of your vehicle before disconnecting your engine from the wheels to allow you to change gears or come to a complete stop. Diesel servicing

Your diesel engine requires regular servicing and tuning to ensure that it's running at peack performance and fuel efficiency. At Lanz Motors, we're experienced in servicing and repairing all aspects of 4x4s and diesel vehicles, including common rail and indirect fuel injection systems, engine tuning and repairs, component parts, roadworthies, and logbook servicing.
